Finca Rosales Arinaga

The peace that abounds in this rural enclave will not leave you indifferent. Finca Rosales is surrounded by nature and has a magnificent private pool (12X5m) with views over the imposing Roque Aguayro, solarium and large recreational areas, with a ping-pong table and basketball basket pole, which will make your vacation on the island very special.

 

The main house features a large kitchen, big terrace with covered dining area, spacious living room, 3 bedrooms, air conditioning in all rooms and 2 full bathrooms. In addition, there is a wide outdoors area where you can enjoy a barbecue and a utilities room where you will find the washing machine and cleaning goods.

 

The kitchen in Finca Rosales is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and plenty of kitchen utensils.

You wil have at your disposal a huge Smart TV in the living room, with access to Netflix and international channels.
This living room hall is over 200 years old and back in the day it was the village school for 50 years, where the owner of the farm himself studied too.

 

Two of the bedrooms are equipped with single beds, air conditioning and wardrobes and the main one has a double bed and a dressing room with air conditioning. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a bathtub, and it is located between the main bedroom and one of the individual bedrooms. The third bedroom, with single beds, has an ensuite bathroom and it's located on the other side of the house, by the kitchen.

 

The exterior area has natural stone corridors that connect all areas of the house. There is a playground for children, a gardened area, a solarium with sun loungers  to enjoy the sun at any time and the wonderful swimming pool, (heatable surcharge) and with toilets and showers at your disposal.

 

Also, a 500-meter compact dirt track to run or walk along the farm, as long as schedules and availability are requested.

 

Our clients will be gifted with a weekly  basket of seasonal organic fruits and vegetables, being able to collect them

themselves if they so wish, with prior authorization from the finca masters.

 

This huge farm has a private area, away from the main house, where there could be staff working on their daily tasks and maintenance. This does not affect in any way the rest or privacy of our clients, whom we will always treat

with the utmost respect and care.

Finca Rosales is located 15 minutes by car from Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas and just 8 minutes from the magnificent beach of Arinaga, where you can enjoy its beautiful promenade and a wide range of local cuisine in its countless restaurants.
