This traditional villa is located at the ravine of Tauro, only a 3 minute drive from popular beaches such as Playa del Cura, Playa de Tauro or Playa de Amadores and only a 10 minute drive from other beautiful beaches in the southern coast of Gran Canaria. 

Villa Esperanza has been carefully refurbished in order to become the perfect holiday accommodation ideal for families. It counts on 3 double bedrooms with double beds and another ample one with two single beds, it also features 3 complete bathrooms with shower, one of them accessible from the outside. Capacity to accommodate up to 8 people.

It also has a wonderful kitchen very well equipped with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and all utensils necessary during your stay. It overlooks the living room and seating area with a wide screen Smart TV with access to streaming services such as Netflix. 

The best part of this lovely vacation home is its extensive outdoors area, built in a 1300m2 plot it features a large private swimming pool of 10m x 4.5m (heatable with a surcharge and recommended from November to April) surrounded by a gardened area with sun loungers to sunbathe and also an outdoor semi-covered terrace with plenty of room for a BBQ by the swimming pool and overlooking the mountains.

Villa Esperanza is the best option to have a sunny holiday and privacy yet very close to restaurants, resorts and other amenities. 

Air conditioning or heating is available with an extra cost.
