The inviting dining area and adjacent fitted kitchen both open onto the sun shaded pool terrace, which hosts the outdoor dining table, a fitted summer kitchen with additional refrigerator and a built-in BBQ. Especially in the evening, when the illuminated pool and garden scenery provides for a most romantic ambience, it is the perfect place for al fresco dining or entertaining guests with catered events.

All three spacious bedrooms are individually appointed and airconditioned, two of them are equipped with Sat-TV. Located on the upper level is the Master bedroom with modern en-suite bathroom and an adjoining entertainment area with a lounge sofa, a desk with PC, printer and scanner and with access to a lovely roof terrace with magnificent coastal views. Inbetween the upper level and the central living area the mezzanine level hosts two more inviting double bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. 

Equipped with air condition, central heating, sound system, high speed Internet, modern comfort and a heatable salt water pool, the luxury villa is the ideal retreat to relax all year round. Meanwhile, if you can peel yourself away from the property, Palma or the iconic Marina of Puerto Portals and several lovely sandy beaches are just a 10-minute drive, thus making Villa Christina the perfect setting for enjoying the best of Meditarranean lifestyle.

Please note: On request, there is a large guest apartment in the lowest level which is only rented out on request and at a surcharge. It is fully equipped with a double bed, fitted kitchenett, lounge sofa and dining table and accessed either directly through the garage or via a staircase from the main house. The adjoining third bathroom is always accessible, as it hosts the washing maschine and tumble dryer, and can thus also be used any time when time is of the essential or privacy is needed.
