VILLA DARIO Port de Andratx

Villa Dario enjoys a most privileged location at the tip of the La Mola peninsula, in the southwest of Mallorca, just a short drive from the cosmopolitan harbour promenade of Port d'Andratx with its many boutiques, excellent restaurants, cafés and bars. The view of the sea, including romantic sunsets, is breathtaking from almost all rooms and the outdoor area of the domicile.

Despite its unique location, the very spacious interior of the villa is very inviting and comfortable but simple and rather minimalistic. Expect a large open-plan living/dining room with a cosy lounge suite, TV corner and dining table, flooded with light from the wide glass fronts of the terrace and the upper windows of the gallery. The view of the beautiful terrace and the sea are omnipresent. The adjacent, well-equipped kitchen boasts a charming rustic breakfast bar and a seamless transition to the dining area on the sea view terrace. A single bedroom is located next to the kitchen. The other 4 bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, well-appointed and individually furnished, all airconditioned and all facing the sea. A rare feature is, that three bedrooms allow space for two more people in the upper loft area for larger groups. However, these bed spaces are more suitable for children as they can only be accessed via a narrow wooden staircase and are open to the lower sleeping area.

The highlight of Villa Dario is undoubtedly the fantastic outdoor area with its covered house terrace, which offers a beautiful alfresco dining area as well as very comfortable chill sofas, plus the pool terrace a few steps below with its large infinity pool (15 x 4.5 m) and sun loungers. Whether you are enjoying your meals outside, relaxing in the shady chill-sofas, working on your sun tan or taking a refreshing swim in the pool, the spectacular sea view will keep you captivated until the sun dips into the sea on the horizon in the evening - and will be remembered long after you are home.
