All  rental prices are quoted on a weekly base. Incidential expenses like water, electricity, gas or municipalitity fees are always included in the prices, as well as fresh linen, bathroom and pool towels and the final cleaning.

Please note: The charge for the new governmental tourism tax is not included in the villa price, as it is subject to the size of your registered party, the age of persons, the season and the length of stay. About Cala Fornells

Cala Fornells is a pretty stretch of coastline adjoining the western end of the seaside resort of Paguera, approximately 20 minutes west of Palma. It consists of priveledged apartments and a villas built close or frontline to the sea, an attractive beach and a small but delightful cove.

It is a relaxed and quiet corner of an attractive coastline with several pleasant restaurants and cafés on the relatively quiet street to Paguera town. Paguera is the nearest town, 3 minutes by car away, with all the facilities of a mid-sized town, including supermarkets, banks, good medical clinics and a great variety of  shops, boutiques, cafes and restaurants. There is also known for its large and busy sandy beach.

Approximately 5 minutes away by car is Camp de Mar, another attractive beach resort and known for its excellent 18 hole golf course, the Golf Club Andratx.. A spectacular coastal road winds up and down again to Puerto Andratx, a mere 10 minutes away. Local buses and taxis provide a good service from and to Cala Fornells.
