The minimum rental period throughout high season (July/August) in Majorca is usually one week – and on a Saturday to Saturday basis. Shorter breaks and alternative arrival days however are available  outside peak-season - please ask us for availability. Longer stays, to special conditions,  from End of Oktober till End of April are possible.

Unless otherwise advised, check in time is at 3pm on the first rental day and check out time at 10am on the last rental day. Requests for an early check-in (before 3pm) or late departure (after 10am) are always subject to availability and explicit confirmation.
