The minimum rental period throughout high season (July/August) in Majorca is usually one week – and on a Saturday to Saturday basis. Shorter breaks and alternative arrival days however are available  outside peak-season - please ask us for availability. Longer stays, to special conditions,  from End of Oktober till End of April are possible.

Unless otherwise advised, check in time is at 4 pm on the first rental day and check out time at 10am on the last rental day. Requests for an early check-in (before 3pm) or late departure (after 10am) are always subject to availability and explicit confirmation.
