• 3 spacy master guest houses of 45 sq.meters, each with double king size bed equipped with 50’ smart TV, ceiling fan, A/C, sofa, wardrobes, Wi-Fi system, kitchenette, en-suite bathrooms with shower and access through balcony and main doors to the spacious shaded outdoors with amazing breath taking sea view overlooking Kalo Livadi and Kalafatis beach. One of the guest house has access to a private infinity swimming pool of 25sq.meters specifically designed for the guests relaxation in absolute privacy.

Outdoor area at Entrance floor level

• 4 guest houses with queen size bed (3 by 45m2 and 1 by 55m2 equipped with kitchenette), 50’ smart TV, ceiling fan, A/C, Wi-Fi, closets, en-suite bathroom with shower, access to the outdoors through individual main door and balcony door, garden view.

• Fully equipped kitchen with full set of kitchen appliances, gas cooker for tasty breakfast preparation, serving the breakfast large shaded area designed to all face towards the sea, so guests can admire the sea view while enjoying Greek delicacies, equipped with large breakfast tables with access to 40 guests.

Outdoor area at pool level

• 2 Large infinity swimming pools of 100 and 50 sqm with deck and amazing view to Kalafatis beach, 24 sunbeds and poufs, 3 double sunbeds, and 1 large hammock while a massive corner pergola offers lavishly the shadow that guests are enjoying in front of swimming pool, the bar and the dining area and another pergola specially designed for quitter moments surrounded by olive trees.

Unless otherwise advised, check in time is at 3pm on the first rental day and check out time at 10am on the last rental day. Requests for an early check-in (before 3pm) or late departure (after 10am) are always subject to availability and explicit confirmation.
